| Inside Sales Director |
| Mirth’s Director of Inside Sales is responsible for expanding and managing Mirth’s inside sales team and growing our SMB segment. This segment is growing rapidly for Mirth as companies seek lower-cost alternatives to traditional Health IT tools. The candidate should have experience managing a team of Inside Sales representatives. The candidate is required to provide a proven track record of being an over-performer who can manage stressful situations professionally and methodically. Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and expand the Inside Sales team
- Manage the Inside Sales forecast and pipeline
- Develop and manage relationships within the Mirth SMB market segment (1-2000 employees)
- Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level IT and business executives the value of Mirth Solutions
- Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement – Demonstrating Mirth’s product and solution offerings
Required Skills/Experience
- 4+ years of inside sales management experience
- Knowledge of open source business models
- Health IT and healthcare industry experience
- Experience managing a team of inside sales representatives
- Ability to make tough decisions in a timely manner
- Experience selling business applications is strongly preferred
- Experience with monthly booking targets
- Expertise in understanding the business processes, and systems involved in running SMB size organizations
- Demonstrable knowledge of key ROI and TCO principles
- Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to C-level
- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
- Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong customer references
- Bachelor or University Degree required
