What's Included with Mirth Support?
Mirth Support provides assistance with the installation, configuration, and use of the Mirth Connect interface engine. Support will provide a work-around for any confirmed software bugs and/or expedite a fix. Mirth Connect Plug-Ins are available by contacting the Help Desk. Mirth Support also provides access to our engineering team to address issues relating to channel (interface) development. Receive design guidance, development troubleshooting assistance, and code samples.

Mirth Support is good for 12 months. If you reach the incident limit of your package, you can purchase additional incidents to add to your remaining contract term, or simply purchase a new package and get a full 12 months.
