What's Included with Mirth Support?
Mirth Support provides assistance with the installation, configuration, and use of the Mirth Connect interface engine. Support will provide a work-around for any confirmed software bugs and/or expedite a fix. The HTTPS connector plug-in is available (Silver and above) by contacting the Help Desk.
What's Included with Channel Support?
Mirth Channel Support can be added to any Mirth Support pack of the same level or higher. Channel support provides access to our engineering team to address issues relating to channel (interface) development. Receive design guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and code samples.
More Information
Mirth Support Packs are good for 12 months or until you reach the Incident limit of your package. Run out and need more? No problem, renew at any time, and at any level.

Mirth Support Packs cover your use of core Mirth software products like Mirth Connect. Want additional help with the interfaces (channels) you build using Mirth?
